❌ Products Not Eligible for Return:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-measure orders.
- Products that have been used, altered, or washed.
- Slight color or design variations due to lighting, photography, or the handmade process (these are not considered defects).
- Items returned without informing us or beyond 3 days of delivery.
✅ Return is Accepted Only If:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 3 days of delivery with a valid reason.
- The item is in unused, unwashed, and is in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

- Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the issue.
- Upon approval, we will guide you with the return shipping process.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will offer a replacement or store credit (we do not process refunds).
🚚 Return Shipping Charges:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping costs.
- In all other approved return cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
