❌ Products Not Eligible for Return:

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-measure orders.
• Products that have been used, altered, or washed.
• Slight color or design variations due to lighting, photography, or the handmade process (these are not considered defects).
• Items returned without informing us or beyond 3 days of delivery.

✅ Return is Accepted Only If:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You contact us within 3 days of delivery with a valid reason.
• The item is in unused, unwashed, and is in  original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the issue.
3. Upon approval, we will guide you with the return shipping process.
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will offer a replacement or store credit (we do not process refunds).
