Yes, every Kalavarnika dress is lovingly handmade by skilled women artisans. Slight variations in design or color are part of the charm and authenticity of handmade craftsmanship.
- Can I request a custom-sized dress for my deity?
Absolutely! We offer customization based on your deity’s measurements. You can provide the size during the order or use our upcoming AI measurement tool via the Kalavarnika app (coming soon).
- Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns in rare cases, such as when the product is defective, damaged or the wrong item was delivered. Please check our Return Policy.

- Do you offer refunds?
As a handmade and sacred product brand, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. In exceptional cases, where we are unable to replace a defective item, a refund may be processed after approval. Please check our Refund Policy for more details.

If the item is not customized, you may request an exchange as per our policy. However, for custom-sized dresses, exchanges are not possible, so please double-check measurements before placing the order.
