EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kalavarnika, we take utmost care in crafting every dress with devotion and precision. Each piece is lovingly handmade and passes through careful quality checks. However, if you face any issues, we are happy to assist you with a smooth exchange process.

✅ Eligibility for Exchange:

  •  Items are eligible for exchange only if:
  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The exchange request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Dresses made to custom measurements or personalized orders (as they are specially crafted for you).
  • Products that have been used, altered, or washed.
  • Minor differences in fabric colour or design due to photography, lighting or handmade nature (these are signs of craftsmanship, not defects/these are part of the charm of handcrafted items and not considered defects).

🔁 How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at kalavarnika.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at [your number] within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for exchange, and share clear photos of the issue.
  3. After review and approval, we will either:
    1. Arrange a reverse pickup, or
    2. Request you to ship the product to our address.
  4. After inspection, we will send you a replacement product or offer a credit voucher (as per your choice).

📦 Return Shipping:

  • If the issue is genuine (defect/wrong item), we bear the shipping cost.
  • For other eligible exchange reasons, customers may be asked to cover return shipping.

Please Note: As a small handmade brand, we currently do not offer returns or refunds, only exchanges.
