• Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
• After 12 hours, your order enters the production phase and cannot be canceled.
• To cancel within this time, please email us at [your email ID] or WhatsApp us with your order ID.

❌ Custom Orders:

• Orders with custom measurements, personalized requests, or specific deity requirements are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

💸 Refund for Cancellations:

• If your cancellation is approved within 12 hours, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
