REFUND POLICY

At Kalavarnika, each product is handcrafted with love, care, and deep spiritual intention. Due to the nature of our products — made specifically for deities and often customized — we follow a no-refund policy. However, we understand your trust is sacred, and in rare cases, we will support you with fair solutions.

❌ Refunds Are Not Applicable:

  • For customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
  • For products that have been used, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging.
  • If the request is made after 3 days of delivery.
  • For minor variations in color, embroidery, or detailing due to the handmade process.

✅ Refund May Be Considered Only If:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or completely incorrect.
  • We are unable to replace or exchange the product.
  • The return is approved after review and product is received back in unused condition.

🔁 In Most Cases, We Offer:

  • A replacement of the product, or
  • A store credit/gift voucher that can be used for future purchases.

💳 Refund Method:

  • If a refund is exceptionally approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your refund is initiated.
